What are you going to do with the swiss chard?

When I picked the chard I had no idea which recipe I would make but after perusing my cookbooks I ended up modifying an old favorite. I made this (https://www.flickr.com/photos/imaginecreativenamehere/2257622685/)
subbing chard for the kale (I didn't blanch the chard). I used tri-color rotini. Everyone loved it (well, Lukas loved the pasta!) and there were no leftovers!

That is the most beautiful chard I've ever seen!! I guess I'm only familiar with the red veined variety.

Yum! I can't wait for the first trip to the Farmer's Market tomorrow. We didn't get in to the CSA, darn. :/

It's so beautiful. I don't think I'd know how to cook that. I'll be anxious to see 'after' pictures. Thanks for the inspiration. I'll have to go to our farmer's market this week.
