Have you seen her? I am so happy that Nigella has returned to the telly with a new series. I missed her and my how her children have grown! I have the TiVo all set for her show so I can then sit and watch several in a row and just savor the "Nigella-ness" of it all. I have marked a few of her recipes for making soon, especially this one and this one. While I am enjoying Nigella Feasts very much, I do miss the way the camera work was done on the her previous series though. I'm not sure how to describe it but whatever it is I miss it.
I know that Socktober 2006 is memory now, but here are the socks I worked on like a fiend during it. I finished all the knitting and sewing in of ends on November 1st but still need to find the perfect buttons to sew on. This was the second sock in the 2006 STR club (Yes, I'm a tad behind in the club with several more patterns and yarn waiting in the wings.) These are going to be gifted to my mom when I see her in only a few short days. I hope to take a shot of them on her feet with the buttons on.
Another Flower Power done using some stash Sugar 'n Cream and a tiny bit of Bernat Cotton Tots...

These are such quick and fun little knits! My Frances asked me to make one for her to put in the box her Sunday School class is doing for Operation Christmas Child. That melted my heart!
